PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous structure standing high-temperature treatment in the presence of hot water such as boiling or retorting and good in esthetics and printability. SOLUTION: The hot-water-resistant fibrous structure 1 with good esthetics and printability is such one that the surface of a hot-water-resistant impregnated paper 10 with the whole fibrous layer impregnated with an isocyanate-based resin is provided with a filling layer 12, wherein the filling layer 12 is formed of a resin(C) prepared by blending (A) a resin obtained by (co)polymerizing monomer(s) each having a carboxy group, aldehyde group, vinyl group or acetate group with (B) a crosslinking agent selected from an isocyanate resin, aminoaldehyde resin, glyoxal resin, epoxy resin, carbodiimide resin and an inorganic metal salt, wherein the resin(C) is incorporated with an inorganic pigment as a white pigment or a plastic pigment made of crosslinked polystyrene powder.
