PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily crush a packing box without being broken when the packing box is crushed, and to discard it unbulkily after it is crushed by performing no pasting as a bonding means when the packing box is assembled in consideration of ease of crushing. SOLUTION: The packing box 1 is assembled by folding a sheet of raw material to form a top face part 11, side face parts 12, 14, 15 and 16, and a bottom face part 13, and to fold back a middle plate part 17. The packing box has a structure without using stitches, gluing, taping or the like, and a foldable fold 51 is provided in the diagonal line direction of the bottom face part 13 of the packing box.
