PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick management of an accident and track of an accident vehicle by identifying the accident vehicle by designing a mini plate to be dropped by an impact of the accident, and confirming the vehicle itself by an accident mark. SOLUTION: When an impact is applied on a vehicle, an air valve 7 is opened and depressed air pushes up an operation bush 4, and a blade 1 provided on the operation bush cuts the plate and the plate is dropped by a pin 2.
