NAGNETIC FIELD ANALYZING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

A magnetic field analyzing method and a device therefore capable of calculating not only whether a permanent magnet undergoes demagnetization or not but also a magnetic flux density distribution or the like after demagnetization. The magnetic field analyzing method calculates permeance coefficients and/or permeance coefficient-dependent numeric values at a plurality of portions in a permanent magnet based on a permanent magnet's B-H curve data at a first temperature T1. Next, it calculates a correction B-H curve data at a permanent magnet after used at a second temperature T2 different from the first temperature T1 for respective portions based on the above permanent magnet's B-H curve data at the second temperature T2 and the above permeance coefficients or the numeric values.
