<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector to accommodate a wire harness to be routed elastically between a vehicle body and a door in an expandable manner. <P>SOLUTION: This protector has a body case having a bottom wall portion and a peripheral wall portion and having a wire lead-in portion and a wire draw-out portion on the peripheral wall portions at diagonal positions. In the body case, a wire-winding cylindrical portion is protruded in a vicinity of the peripheral wall portion facing the wire lead-in portion. A spring locking pin is protruded in a vicinity of the wire lead-in portion, and a block guide groove is formed from a vicinity of the spring locking pin to the wire draw-out portion. A block stabilizing rib is protruded from both sides of the block guide groove, a spindle of the block is slidably fitted to the block guide groove of the body case, and the block stabilizing rib is abutted on the block. Further, an annular rubber spring is wound around the spindle of the block and the spring locking pin to urge the block to the wire lead-in part side, and a wire harness is led into the body case from the vehicle body side through the wire lead-in portion, wound around the wire winding cylindrical portion and the block, returned, and led to the door side from the wire draw-out portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
