<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display method of a mobile terminal in a video distribution system in which a part to browse on the mobile terminal is more sharply displayed. <P>SOLUTION: The video display method is provided with a video storage and distribution apparatus 105 for storing video imaged by an imaging apparatus 106, and a video conversion apparatus 103 for acquiring the video from the video storage and distribution apparatus and distributing the video to a mobile terminal 101 when the video is requested from the mobile terminal 101 and with respect to the stored video displayed on the mobile terminal, a frame is displayed for selecting a range to be expanded.
