摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transponder for RFID (radio frequency identification), allowing its resonance frequency to be simply and exactly adjusted, its manufacturing method and a method of adjusting the resonance frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In the transponder 2 in which a capaciter electrode is formed out of an electrode pattern formed on one surface of an antenna coil board 5 and an electrode pattern formed on a bridge circuit on which an IC chip 10 is to be mounted, a comb electrode 11b is provided on the bridge circuit 8 side and a dielectric sheet 14 having a specified dielectric constant, thickness, size and layout is inserted between the board 5 and the bridge circuit 8. The transponder 2 is characterized in that the electrode 11b is trimmed or the specified dielectric constant, thickness, size and layout of the dielectric sheet 14 are adjusted to be able to simply and exactly tune with a desired resonance frequency. And also, the transponder 2 is characterized by being easily manufacturable since it is enough only to form the electrode pattern on one surface of the board 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
