COMMUNICATION METHOD AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT EMPLOYING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein communication resources such as frequency and time is not effectively utilized when a radio communication rate is fast with respect to a data transmission rate requiring for transmitting data.

SOLUTION: A transmitter is provided with a plurality of radio transmission portions complying with a plurality of data transmission rates, and a receiver is provided with a plurality of radio reception portions complying with the plurality of data transmission rates as well. The transmitter employs the optimum radio transmission portion with respect to the data transmission rate required for a user, and the receiver conducts communication by employing the optimum radio reception portion as well. Consequently, the communication resources such as the frequency and the time can be efficiently used.
