PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten initial setup time of a wireless LAN network system by performing a processing for connecting with a communication system and a processing for connecting with an upper layer in parallel. SOLUTION: A radio station at an access point transmits the information for connection processing with an upper layer while including it in a beacon or data at a specified timing from the beacon. A radio terminal receives the beacon and receives the information for connection processing with the upper layer from the beacon. Using the information for connection processing with the upper layer, processing for wireless connection with a data link layer is carried out in parallel with a processing for connecting a network layer with the Internet.
