PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control device for allowing a central processing unit to efficiently make access to a peripheral device even when a device different in the access timing is allocated in the same area. SOLUTION: This access control device 1 controls the access timing of the peripheral device accessed by the central processing unit having the external weight function, and has a register block 3 for storing a parameter for setting the access timing suitable for the peripheral device and selecting the parameter and a timing block 4 for generating an access timing signal on the basis of the parameter.
