PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a cosmetic plaster based on a newly found skin plastering substrate composition for cosmetic use, having low stimulation and enabling the impregnation of an oleophilic valuable substance at high concentration. SOLUTION: The plaster for the skin is produced by using a block copolymer composed of a hydrogenated conjugated diene and a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon as a base polymer, adding a mixture of liquid paraffin and squalane as a plasticizing component to obtain a substrate composition and dissolving or dispersing an oleophilic physiologically active substance in the substrate composition.
