PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a thrust bearing from being reversely assembled upside down. SOLUTION: This thrust bearing 1 is inserted between members A and B rotated relative to each other. The inner peripheral edge part of an inner claw bearing race 4 comprises an inner claw part 8 formed by raising to a holder 2 side. The thrust bearing 1 is positioned by fitting a ring-shaped center ring projected part 7 formed on the member B and the inner claw part 8. A race extension part 10 is installed on the inner peripheral edge of the outer side claw bearing race 5 opposed to the center ring projected part 7. Since the race extension part 10 is installed, when the thrust bearing 1 is reversely assembled upside down, the race extension part 10 is allowed to abut on the center ring projected part 7, a distance between the members A and B is increased more than that provided in normal assembly, and the reverse assembly of the thrust bearing 1 can be easily verified.
