PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car capable of easily updating an existing operation display panel with a simple procedure. SOLUTION: An updated operation display panel 8 is mounted on a wall plate 3 of an elevator car 1, through a clip type fastener of an elastic metal plate fitted into a bending part 11 of an updated operation display panel mounting board 7 at a time when the updating work of the existing operation display panel is performed. A simple through hole is bored in the bending part 11 of the updated operation display panel mounting board 7, aligning with a position of a mounting through hole for a case 9 of the updated operation display panel 8. There is no need for machining a screw hole in the bending part 11 of the updated operation display panel mounting board 7, allowing the existing operation display panel to be updated with a simple procedure, thus improving working efficiency of the updating work and reducing the installation cost.
