PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ultrasonic detection result display method for quickly displaying a highly precise ultrasonic detection result, and to provide its device. SOLUTION: The device uses an array sensor 101 for transmitting ultrasonic waves 102 into a tester 100 and performs ultrasonic detection with returned reflected waves. The device uses the array sensor 101 for electronic scanning to create from a propagation time for the received waves a hologram 108 which images defects. Thus, the highly precise image of the defects can be quickly obtained by high speed probe scanning with electronic scanning and the accurate hologram with focused ultrasonic waves.
