PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the slipping-down of pants from a frame plate of a hanging support and a fall of an article present in a pocket. SOLUTION: A band belt is expanded to an end part of the hangingly fixing frame plate that is the hanging support of a triangular hanger and is connected to an opposite-disposed connection part. A rotation implement is pressed thereon, the clamping is executed by a three-way frame, and the pants are stored in a contracted state by a hanging support frame. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
