Cefditoren pivoxil pharmaceuticals that can be safely administered to patien ts and that not only enhances the wetting of cefditoren pivoxil but also retain s amorphous particles of high oral absorptivity in a liquid for a prolonged period of time to thereby attain an enhancement of absorptivity through gastrointestinal tracts. In particular, a medicinal composition comprising amorphous cefditoren pivoxil and a sucrose fatty acid ester, which is produc ed by performing mixing or wet granulation of particles containing amorphous cefditoren pivoxil, while maintaining the particulate state, and a sucrose fatty acid ester.
