<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission-reception system for more efficiently transmitting-receiving data by utilizing a plurality of kinds of different transmission media in a compound manner. <P>SOLUTION: In the data transmission-reception system for receiving and acquiring data in a receiving apparatus via a computer network (NW) line or broadcasting, a broadcast data provider, regarding broadcasting providing data ( hereafter called as DATA1 ), broadcasts information indicating a broadcasting channel and a broadcasting time of the DATA1 associated with an identifier of DATA1 as additional information of the data and, regarding NW line providing data ( hereafter called as DATA2 ), broadcast a description indicating the location of the DATA2 associated with the identifier of the DATA2, and an NW line data provider, regarding the DATA2, sends the description indicating the location of the DATA2 on the NW associated with the identifier of the DATA2 onto the NW line and, regarding the DATA1, sends the information indicating the provider of the DATA1 associated with the identifier of the DATA1 onto the NW line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
