<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management method and an information sheet for a customer used for the method that can urge a customer to routinize skin measurement without finishing skin measurement with one try. <P>SOLUTION: The skin state of the customer is measured using a skin state measuring apparatus, and a skin measurement information sheet which displays the date of measurement, the measured result showing the measured value and an ideal value in comparison, and an advice corresponding to the measured result, is sent to the customer after the lapse of two to three months from the date of measurement to urge the next measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
