<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a pattern member for improving both productivity and product quality of a pattern member where a plurality of kinds of different materials are patterned on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing pattern member, a plurality of transfer sheets 32 formed by coating the respective surfaces of a plurality of belt-like flexible bases with different kinds of materials P are used to form the respective kinds of different materials P on the substrate B in pattern shapes. At a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of a rotating drum 12 on which the substrate B is wound, transfer sheet supporting rollers 30 on which the transfer sheets 32 are respectively wound are provided in the vicinity of the drum 12 and pressed against the drum 12 to transfer the materials P to the substrate B in pattern shapes, thereby forming the respective kinds of different materials P on the substrate B in the pattern shapes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
