<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a medical examination by an interview capable of keeping security in a system where a patient answers the medical examination via a communication network and a doctor reads the answers. <P>SOLUTION: A patient terminal device 2 receives an inquiry set from a data base server device 3, generates an inquiry program from the inquiry set, and carries out the inquiry program to display inquiries to the patient. The patient inputs answers to the inquiries, and the data base server device 3 receives and stores this answer data. A doctor terminal device 1 receives the answer data, and the doctor reads this answer data.
