<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the turning position of a turning member for a latch device for a vehicle by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: In the position-detecting structure of the turning member in the latch device for the vehicle, a switch casing 32 is fixed to a base plate 10 so that the center of rotation of a switch arm 33 and a pivot shaft 20 for the turning member 21 are used as the same axial center while a connecting section 33b installed to the turning end of the switch arm 33 is connected to the turning member 21 so that the switch arm 33 and the turning member 21 are turned synchronously. In the position-detecting structure, an engaging section 32b positioning the switch casing 32 is mounted on the switch casing 32 by engaging with a section to be engaged 10f secured to the base plate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
