PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate that can reduce the variation of the illuminated state of a pointer accompanying the rotation of the pointer. SOLUTION: The light-entering section 21a of a cylindrical light guide part 21 formed on the light guide plate 2 is formed in a planar state so that the distances from a plurality of light source elements 81-83 to the section 21a becomes equal to each other. The light-outgoing section 21b of the light guide part 21 has projecting sections 21a1-21a3 respectively immediately above the light source elements 81-83 and the sections 21a1-21a3 are formed so that recessed sections 21a4 and 21a5 are formed in the spaces among the projecting sections 21a1-21a3. Therefore, the variations in the illuminated state of the pointer, caused by the overlapping of light rays at the sections immediately above the spaces among the light source elements 81-83 as the pointer is rotated, can be reduced.
