FLUIDIZED BED TYPE GRINDING CLASSIFIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a grinding capacity and a classifying capacity by suppressing the whirling-up of a material to be ground toward a classification rotor to stagnate the material to be ground in the vicinity of a grinding nozzle until reaching grinding not only to wait the accelerated collision due to jet streams but also to prevent the unnecessary material to be ground from approaching the classification rotor. SOLUTION: This fluidized bed type grinding classifier (counter jet mill type) is provided with a fluidized bed adjusting fixture which efficiently guides the material to be ground (target particle size approximate powder) ground by the mutual collision due to the jet streams of opposed grinding nozzles to a classifier arranged to an upper part and has a function for controlling the behavior (whirling-up) of the powder in a fluidized bed in order to enhance classifying and grinding capacities.
