<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for a ceramic layered product which avoids deformation of a layered product and ceramic green sheet caused by pressurization in laminating layers without occurring poor adhesion by preventing softening the whole ceramic green sheet on a layer using conventional adhesion liquid. <P>SOLUTION: On a layer of the ceramic green sheet 4, a ceramic layered product is got by transferring an adhesive layer 1 which is formed on a major face of a resin film 3 into the ceramic green sheet 4, forming a ceramic green sheet layered product by laminating the ceramic green sheet 4 on which the adhesive layer 1 is formed, and calcining the layered product. In this way softening of the whole ceramic green sheet 4 can be avoided and deformation of the gained ceramic green sheet layered product and/or ceramic layered product is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
