PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cord binder which binds scattered cords with a fixture, by making the lengths in respective cord directions uniform and binding into a cylindrical shape, in a lateral direction to arrange them all at once. SOLUTION: Several rows of cord winding tools (3), each of which has T-shaped cord racking parts (2) at both end, are mounted freely detachably on a flexible substrate (1). After excessive parts of the cords (6) are wound on respective cord winding tools (3) to uniformize the lengths, the flexible substrate (1) with the cords (6), is rolled up into a cylindrical shape and bound it with a band (5) or the like, to be arranged and bundled simultaneously.
