PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external force measuring method for measuring external force on a structure in a complicated shape having a plurality of different supporting points from mutually different directions in a well sensitive manner only by embedding and installing one three-dimensional distortion sensor block at one place in the structure. SOLUTION: A position Ps of the three-dimensional distortion sensor block 1 installed in the structure K is set in a duplicate region ZZ such as an external force separation region ZFz obtained by using a stress function as the function of a position and an angle obtained from stress distribution by angle conversion.
