PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna characteristic measuring device for actualizing accurate measurement. SOLUTION: A rotary stage device 130 for rotatably supporting a receiving antenna 500 to be measured has a first rotary table 131, a supporting rod 133 and a second rotary table 132. The second rotary table is provided with an earth plate 135 having a placement plane for the receiving antenna. A portion of the placement plane of the earth plate, superposed on a rotational center C2 of the second rotary table, is superposed on a rotational center C1 of the first rotary table in downward view of the rotary stage device.
