PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load detector for seat, for detecting a load working on a seat by concentrating to a specific detection point, regardless of the position. SOLUTION: First concentration mechanisms, for concentrating distribution load distributed in back and forth direction of a seat to that direction, are provided in the left and right directions of the seat. Second concentration mechanisms for concentrating the load in the left and right direction of the seat making the load concentration point to that of the first concentrating mechanism are provided. By making the concentrating point of the second concentration mechanism a point of detection, the displacement and the like of the part are detected to obtain the load. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
