PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratching-off device of molten slag in a garbage incinerator for safely and efficeiently removing sticking by mechanically removing the sticking without removing the sticking of the molten slag by manual work by a worker. SOLUTION: This device is a garbage incinerator for discharging garbage as the molten slag. A sheathing board 16 is arranged on the tip of a slag discharge passage 14 formed in an incinerator bottom part. The garbage incinerator forms a cutout part 17 for overflowing and discharging the molten slag on the upper edge of this sheathing board, and is provided with a scratching member 5 for sliding by abutting to a front face of the sheathing board and a driving means (an air cylinder 6) for sliding the scratching member in the lateral direction along the sheathing board so as to pass through a position N of the cutout part.
