PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently calculate, at high speed, the excellent optimum solution regarding a control parameter for controlling a drive source of a car. SOLUTION: The optimization system for the control parameter has a GA arithmetic part 10 for outputting a generation part parameter as a result of evaluation by genetic algorithm, a control parameter generation part 20 for calculating the control parameter used for controlling the drive of the drive source based on the generation part parameter and outputting the control parameter to an engine 40 or an engine simulator 30, and an evaluation part 50 for evaluating operation based on the result of operation corresponding to the control parameter and outputting the result of evaluation to the GA arithmetic part 10.
