PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercooler duct structure capable of making an engine room compact and improving the layout freedom of a baggage room. SOLUTION: In a cab-over type vehicle arranging an engine 5 with a supercharger between left and right side members 1, 2 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction and arranging a radiator 9 on the vehicle front side of the engine 5, an intercooler 8 to cool air compressed by the supercharger 6 is arranged on the vehicle front side of the radiator 9 and an intercooler duct 7 to connect the intercooler 8 and the engine 5 to each other is arranged on the vehicle outside of the left and right side members 1, 2.
