PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing mask plate having the same film thickness of a partition wall as that of an island part for forming a doughnut state printing pattern and to provide a screen printing plate. SOLUTION: A printing section 10 includes the printing mask plate 4 and a support plate 1 for supporting the mask plate 4. The plate 4 has a printing pattern part and a non-printing pattern part. The printing pattern part has the island part 6 and a first opening 5 provided around the part 6. The non-printing pattern part has the partition wall 7, a second opening 8 and an outer periphery 9 sequentially provided around the first opening 5.
