A superheterodyne transceiver. In the superheterodyne transceiver of the present invention, a front end circuit has a differential pair to output a differential signal. A transformer has a primary side with a tap coupled to ground, two input terminals to receive the differential signal, and a secondary side with an output. A surface acoustic wave filter has an input terminal coupled to the output terminal of the secondary side of the transformer.
