A device for spooling a thread on a bobbin is disclosed, whereby a thread guide unit is provided for guiding the thread, which is moved axially. The thread guide unit is connected to a hollow shaft motor as drive means. The hollow shaft motor comprises a driveshaft which sets the thread guide unit in a reciprocating motion with reversal points at a desired speed, dependent on the control of the hollow shaft motor. The hollow shaft motor is suitable as a particularly simple embodiment of a drive means for the thread guide unit. Further advantageous embodiments concern the sealing of the driveshaft relative to the housing of the hollow shaft motor. An airflow in the direction the driveshaft away from the hollow shaft motor is preferably generated in order to prevent ingress of dust into the hollow shaft motor. |
