The invention relates to medical-care products. The use of said invention helps to efficiently cure such sexual disorders like impotency, weak penis erection and premature ejaculation. The inventive device comprises a rigid supporting ring provided with an orifice whose size corresponds to that of the penis and two condoms, i.e. the external condom provided with thick walls and the internal condom. The edges of the cylindrical part of said supporting ring are provided with collar on which two unrolled condoms are slipped on, thereby producing a structure containing a closed space which makes it possible to put the internal condom on the penis not by unrolling it therealong but when the condom is already unrolled and filled with air.
