A pluggable connection has at least one receptacle/socket contact (7,7a-d) with an under-cut, and where the socket contact/receptacle consists of shape memory alloy and at least one corresponding slotted lock bolt (6) is designed in the form of a compressible, frustum-shaped latch. It carries on its slotted tapered end an actuator ring (16) of shape memory alloy which contracts/shrinks when the conversion temperature of its shape memory material is exceeded or not attained and the slotted lock bolts press together, so that the latch is released from the under-cut of the receptacle/socket contact. An Independent claim is included for (A) a plug with at least one slotted lock bolt and (B) A socket outlet with at least one socket contact or receptacle and (C) an anti-theft protection device for electronic appliances, especially control devices in a motor vehicle.
