摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital wireless transmission system adopting a multi-valued modulation system such as an amplitude phase modulation and a phase shift keying modulation system that has excellent tracking performance even against disturbance such as fading, and has a comparatively high transmission efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitter side modulates a signal on the basis of a symbol sequence wherein information is assigned by a modulation method A whose number of modulation values is m and a modulation method B whose number of modulation values is n (2&le;n<m) at modulation and transmits the modulated signal. A receiver side obtains a correction coefficient of the amplitude and the phase according to a symbol by the modulation method B in demodulation and uses the correction coefficient for correction of the amplitude and phase of the symbol adopting the modulation method A to demodulate the signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
