<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a system using a multifunctional digital photo printer provided with various functions in order to manage workflow of an inside shop of a photo laboratory from receipt of an order by an input image and output of an image to delivery of the outputted image to a customer, to simplify workability/operability, and to improve productivity. <P>SOLUTION: An order entry function, an order management function, and a workflow management function are provided to the system. In the order entry function, the order of the customer is received using order information including at least identification information of the customer, kinds and forms of an original image, and kinds, forms, and the number of an output image. In the order management function, the order information of the received customer is managed. In the workflow management function, a schedule for processing the received order is managed and finishing time for the output image of the customer is estimated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
