PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a uniform film thickness, when a gas turbine member having a complicated shape is subjected to thermal spraying and coating, by performing the thermal spraying in accordance with the shape. SOLUTION: The system is composed in such a manner that, with three-dimensional a CAD (Computed Aided Design) data indicating a gas turbine member 21 received, CPU (Central Processing Unit) 11 sets thermal spraying points at prescribed intervals to the surface of the gas turbine member indicated by the three-dimensional CAD data, and finds position data for positioning the thermal spraying axis of a thermal spraying gun 17a and the thermal spraying points in a vertical state. Then, the CPU reads out thermal spraying conditions from a thermal spraying condition data base 11a in which, per part composing the gas turbine member, the thermal spraying conditions are prescribed, and coordinates the position data with the thermal spraying conditions to obtain the thermal spraying data. Then, a driving control unit 15 controls the driving of the thermal spraying gun and a robot arm 17b based on the thermal spraying data along a path connecting the thermal spraying points, and thermal spraying is performed.
