INDUCTION HEATING RICE COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating rice cooker in which a high-frequency current flowing in a heating coil is controlled by a switching means to heat a pot or the like by changing the setting of an electrical energization time into a longer one at once when an output voltage of a rectifying and smoothing means is low. SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit is constituted by a heating coil 2 for supplying a high-frequency electrical power to a pot 1 and an oscillation capacitor 3. The high-frequency current flowing through the heating coil 2 is controlled by a switching means 4. An alternating power supply 5 for supplying an electrical power to the heating coil 2 is rectified and smoothened by a rectifying and smoothening means 6. An electrical energization time for the switching means 4 is set by an conduction time setting means 12. The conduction time setting means 12 sets the electrical energization time in response to outputs of the voltage setting means 10 for setting both end voltages of the switching means 4 and an envelope detecting means 11 for detecting an envelope at both end voltage of the switching means 4.
