PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling and installing work by reducing a size of an outer diameter and reducing an entire weight. SOLUTION: In this vibration control damper, a base end of a piston rod 2 projecting from a head end 1a of a cylinder body 1 is coupled to an opposite part as another part, in a spherical surface bearing structure. In this vibration control damper, the spherical surface bearing structure includes: a base plate 11 coupled to the opposite part; a spherical surface body 12 rotatably seated on the base plate 11; and a cover member 13 for seating the spherical surface body 12 onto the base plate 11. A male screw part S2 formed to the base end of the piston rod 2 is threadedly engaged to a female screw part S12 formed to the spherical surface body 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
