PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burglar preventing device for stabilizing detection, simplifying dealing, and realizing reuse. SOLUTION: This burglar preventing device is provided with a first conductor pattern on an insulating base material having a mounting means on an article, a conductive piece arranged at a portion of the first conductor pattern and a second conductor pattern arranged in the periphery of the conductive piece, and is also provided with a tag for presenting different conditions according to the contact of the conductive piece and the second conductor pattern when it is extracted, a control means for monitoring the change of the conditions due to the contact of the conductive piece and the second conductor pattern of the tag, and for generating a control output corresponding to the change of the conditions, and an alarming means for issuing an alarm according to the control output generated by the control means.
