PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the numerical aperture of a display device by improving the display quality thereof. SOLUTION: A power supply line 10 supplies current for causing an OLED 20 to emit light. A control signal line 14 supplies a selection signal for controlling each emission timing of the OLED 20. A switching transistor 16 has two gate electrodes, and one of the gate electrodes is arranged so as to be superimposed on the power supply line 10 in a stacking direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
