PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film carrier improved in operability at the time of equipping a carrier main body with a mask on which a film is positioned. SOLUTION: After positioning one shot film F on a mask 106 by opening an upper guide 108 to a mask unit dismantled from a base of a film carrier, the film F is held by a press fitting plate 146 and the mask 106 by closing the upper guide 108. Further, a tongue-piece 306A of the upper guide 108 and a magnet 206 of a rocking member 110B are joined by magnetic force by pressing down a pressurizing part 207 of the rocking member 110B of a magnet member 110. The tongue-piece 306A (the upper guide 108) joined to the rocking member 110B by magnetic force is rotated counterclockwise by the elastic force of a coil spring 208. As a result, energizing force of the pressurizing plate 146 is increased and the film F is press-fixed to the mask 106. When the mask unit is installed in the base 102 in this state, the position of the press-fixed film F is not deviated on the mask 106, improving the operability. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
