PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip that is so restricted that a proper pressing strength is given to a seal member even if a strong pressing strength is put on a pin head, because there is a water tight seal member between the pin head and a bush flange. SOLUTION: The clip 1 contains a head 10, a pin 6 consisting of a shaft section 11 that extends from the head. a flange 7 and a bush 5 consisting of a shaft section 9 that extends from the flange, and a penetration hole that the pin shaft section 11 can be inserted into the flange 7 and also the bush shaft section 9 is formed and composed so that the bush shaft section 11 is enlarged in diameter when the pin shaft section 11 is inserted to the penetration hole and the pin head 10 is adjacent to the flange 7. A seal member 23 for water tight is provided between the pin head 10 and the flange 7, and a stopper 30 keeping the compression thickness of the seal member constant is provided with the pin shaft section 11 or the flange 7 when the seal member 23 between the pin head 10 and the flange 7 is pressed when the pin shaft section 11 is inserted to the penetration hole.
