PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disk having a cushioning function whereby a friction facing is fixed and a dimension along the axial direction can be reduced without the usage of a rivet. SOLUTION: This clutch disk 23 of the clutch disk assembly 1 to which the torque is transmitted from a flywheel 31 is provided with a pair of friction facings 15, and a cushioning plate 17. The cushioning plate 17 is provided with a cushioning piece 16 attached on an inside of a pair of the friction facings 15 along the axial direction and deformable along the axial direction, and is fixed on a clutch plate 7 of the clutch disk assembly 1. The cushioning plate 17 is equipped with claw parts 21a and 22a extending from the cushioning piece 16 and fitted on an edge of the friction facing 15 in order to fix the friction facing 15 on the cushioning piece 16.
