PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment structure of a principal rafter carport which prevents water flowing along a central frame of a principal rafter carport from dripping down from the front or rear part of the carport and which discharges the water in the lateral direction of a roof body. SOLUTION: In the structure of the principal rafter carport 1 which is constituted in such a manner that the respective roof bodies 10 and 10 are coupled to each other via the central frame 30 by making two cantilever carports 2 and 2 face each other, front and rear frames 11 and 12 of the respective roof bodies 10 and 10 are coupled to the central frame 30 via the coupling member 40 which is composed of an insertion part 41 and a water receiving part 42 which are almost orthogonal to each other; the insertion part 41 is formed in such a manner as to communicate with the receiving part 42, and inserted into ends of the respective front and rear frames 11 and 12; and the receiving part 42 which is formed like a container with an opened top surface and partially inserted into the end of the central frame 30, discharges the water to the side of the roof body 10 and communicates with the side thereof via the insertion part 41 and insides of the front and rear frames 11 and 12.
