PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a sash frame for reinforced concrete into an opening of a building and to easily dismount the sash frame for reinforced concrete. SOLUTION: A building mounting frame 30 to a building of downward U-shape comprising an upper lateral mounting frame member 31 and right and left vertical mounting frame members 32 is mounted into the opening 1 of the building, and a backing material 10 is mounted to the opening 1. A watertight frame 20 of downward U-shape comprising an upper horizontal member 21 and right and left vertical members 22 is mounted to the rectangular sash frame 2 for reinforced concrete comprising an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12 and right and left vertical frames 13. The upper frame 11 and the vertical frames 13 are fixed to the upper lateral mounting frame member 31 and vertical mounting frame members 32 with screws 46, and the upper horizontal member 21 and the vertical members 22 are detachably connected in a watertight manner to the upper lateral mounting frame member 31 and the vertical mounting frame members 32 to mount the sash frame 2 for reinforced concrete into the opening 1 of the building.
