PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional intrusion prevention fence that it does not fulfill a role of preventing intrusion as a function of the fence, when a difference in level is found between an outer floor face 11a around a building 11 and the ground 13. SOLUTION: This intrusion prevention fence 1 is configured by connecting at least two fences. One of the fences (fence 1A at building side) rotatably mounted at its one end 2 side, and the other fence (fence 1B at structure side) rotatably mounted at its one end 4 side are rotatably connected to each other at their other end sides 2a, 4a, and at least one of the fences is expandable and contractible in the fence width direction.
