PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the full strength of a lock receiver for an entire frame side relating to a structure for mounting the lock receiver on a steel frame. SOLUTION: The lock receiver is of a face-mounted type which is not buried in the frame so as to maintain the strength of the frame. A lock receiver box is welded to the inside of and integrated with the frame to reinforce the frame. A tapped hole is formed in an overlap between the plate of the lock receiver box and the frame and the lock receiver is screwed into the tapped hole to secure screwing strength. A lock receiver hole is formed in the frame, the lock receiver box and the lock receiver to allow them to reinforce one another as the lock receiver to provide a structure which performs a strong lock receiver function as the entire frame.
